Patch Testing

Patch testing is required for all clients at least 48 hours before treatment (Eyelash extensions & Tinting)

Punctuality and Courtesy

Please arrive promptly for your appointment, arriving late may interfere with your treatment time and will end at the scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed, also full treatment cost will still apply.

Medical Conditions

Please advise at time of booking of any medical conditions (including pregnancy) as some treatments may not be appropriate.

Cancellations

Please note all cancellations require 24 hours notice

Payment

Please note that credit/debit cards are not accepted at the moment and only except cash

Gift vouchers

Valid for 6 months from date of purchase & cannot be transferred

Data security

All personal details taken during consultations will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence.

Price Alterations

We reserve the right to alter any prices without prior notice

Children

Please understand that we cannot accommodate any children on the premises

Personal Items

Please ensure that you retrieve all your personal belongings before leaving as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items.

Courses

Courses booked and paid for in advance are non-transferable and non refundable.

Refunds

We do not offer any refunds for any completed services. However if you are in anyway dissatisfied with any aspect of your treatment please contact us so we can try to resolve any problems.

General Treatment Advice

Food- Always allow at least 1 hour to digest your meals before having treatments.
Alcohol- Never consume alcohol before any treatment.

Waxing Aftercare

After having a wax treatment do not have any heated treatments or undertake any exercise (sauna, hot bath/shower, sunbed, jacuzzi or swimming etc) less than 8 hours before or 24 hours after your wax.

Eyelash Extensions After Care

Do Not get lashes wet for the first 24 hours.
Do Not use oil based eye products, creams or waterproof Mascara.
Use only water based makeup and makeup remover. Remove makeup around the eyes with a cotton swab.
Do Not perm, tint or use eyelash curlers.
Be careful to avoid pulling on extensions, playing with or rubbing eyes.
Please see a trained lash technician to have them removed.
To extend the life of your lashes please return for an infill every 2-3 weeks to keep your lashes looking beautiful.
